Please follow any laws in your country regarding products you order. We’re not responsible for any issues arising from local law violations. For orders being sent outside of the UK, you will be responsible for paying import and/or local taxes and duties.
SECTION 3: YOUR STATUS
By ordering from our website, you confirm you’re at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract.
SECTION 4: HOW WE FORM A CONTRACT
When you place an order and make a payment, it’s an offer to buy a product from us, which we can accept if we have stock available. You’ll get an email confirming we received your order, but it doesn’t mean the order is accepted yet. Orders are processed for shipping as long as the items are in stock or will be within 7 business days. If there’s a delay, we’ll notify you with an estimated delivery date and ask how you want to proceed. The contract happens only when we dispatch your items, and it applies only to the items we confirm for dispatch.
SECTION 5: CONSUMER RIGHTS
If you’re a consumer, you have 14 working days from the day after you receive the products to cancel the contract and get a full refund once the products have been returned, per UK Consumer Contracts regulations. See More. You can also cancel under our Guarantee for a refund, as described in Section 9. These rights don’t affect any of your other legal rights. To cancel, notify us in writing and return the products in the same condition at your own risk and cost.
SECTION 6: AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY
We aim to complete orders within 7 working days. If we can’t, we’ll contact you to discuss options. You’ll be charged upfront, but if we can’t complete your order, we’ll refund you.
SECTION 7: RISK AND OWNERSHIP
The risk of damage to or loss of the products passes to you on delivery. You own the products once we receive full payment, including delivery fees.
SECTION 8: PRICE AND PAYMENT
The price of any Products will be as quoted on our website (as applicable) from time to time, except in cases of obvious error. These prices include VAT but exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due (as set out in our Guide to Delivery and Shipping Charges (this is available on our website or by calling customer services). Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders which we have already dispatched to you. Our website contains a large number of Products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Products listed might be incorrectly priced. We are under no obligation to provide the Product to you at the incorrect (lower) price if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mis-pricing. We accept payment with most major debit & credit cards in addition to Apple Pay, Klarna and PayPal. You’ll be charged upfront, but if we can’t complete your order, we’ll refund you.
SECTION 9: CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers in the UK are entitled to a 14-day cancellation period for certain purchases made online, by phone, or by mail order.
You have the right to cancel a contract within 14 days of receiving the product. This is known as the "cooling-off period," allowing you to change your mind without incurring a penalty. To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing (via email or letter) within this 14-day period. If you cancel the contract, you are responsible for returning the products to us immediately, in the same condition as received. You will bear the cost and risk of returning the goods unless they are faulty or not as described.
SECTION 10: OUR LIABILITY
We guarantee that products purchased from our website are of satisfactory quality. Our liability is limited to the product’s purchase price. We do not exclude liability for death or injury caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or other issues that can’t be limited by law. We are not responsible for loss of income, business, profits, contracts, savings, data, time, or any indirect losses, even if foreseeable.
SECTION 11: IMPORT DUTIES
If ordering for delivery outside the UK, you may be charged import taxes, which you are responsible for paying. We don’t control these fees.
SECTION 12: WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS
By law, some information or communications must be in writing. By placing an order, you agree to receive electronic communications from us, which count as "in writing." This doesn’t affect your rights.
SECTION 13: TRANSFER OF RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
Our contract is binding on both parties and our respective successors. You can’t transfer your rights or obligations under the contract without our written consent. We can transfer our rights and obligations under the contract at any time.
SECTION 14: EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
We’re not liable for any delay or failure caused by events beyond our control, such as strikes, natural disasters, transportation issues, or government restrictions. Performance is suspended during such events.
SECTION 15: WAIVER
If we don’t enforce any part of the contract at any time, it doesn’t mean we waive that right. Any waiver will only be effective if confirmed in writing.
