The day started off with an early 04:30 alarm as we packed up our fishing gear and headed out to our local reef. We were excited to try out our new range of fishing lures. As founders of the brand we feel like the best way to test our products is to get out there and catch the fish for ourselves. The Eels come in a range of colours and sizes, and we opted for the Arctic Assassin to start off the day. As we arrived at our fishing spot, we noticed a group of fishermen nearby who had been there since early morning with little success. We decided to try our luck with the Lazy Lures Eels. We started dropping our lines down to the reef, and within minutes we had our first bite. It was a Cod weighing in at around 6lbs. We were impressed with how quickly we got a bite, and it was just the beginning.
We continued dropping our lines, and every time we drifted over the same mark, we caught a fish. We caught a couple of Cod weighing between 4-6lbs and more Pollock weighing in at around 7-10lbs. We couldn't believe our luck. The Lazy Lures Eels were attracting big fish, and it seemed like we couldn't stop catching them. The takes were really fun sometimes nearly 30-40 reels off the bottom.

The Salty Sandeel was next in line to try out and although the water was quite murky it performed very well against a couple of 8lbs Pollock. We noticed other fishermen around us were using different lures, but they weren't having the same success we were.
